Mersai Health Clinic 1 (Highgate)

The Mersai Health Clinic 1 was established in 2002 by Meraj Arimi and Saied Shahsavari in Highgate, north London. A wide scope of complementary medicine has been provided since, ranging from Acupuncture to Osteopathy and Naturopathy including a full scale of physical and psychological treatments. The atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming and incredibly relaxing for both practitioners and patients. The pure image of white walls and green plants, the soothing smell of incense tranquil music produced by Saied himself, creates an environment that can de-stress one almost immediately.

Accordingly, the success of the treatments given at the clinic is both due to highly skilled practitioners and the environment created. Saied believes that as soon as a patient contacts the clinic and makes an appointment, their treatment is already on the way. He adds; “the atmosphere has to be very relaxing and inviting for everyone, particularly those who find it difficult or challenging to share their personal problems and find solutions.”

The holistic approach to health highlights the fact that prevention is the best cure, however when a health issue has been identified, this system focuses on the root of the problem rather than diminishing symptoms. According to Meraj: “the cause of an illness should be dealt with directly for two main reasons, firstly to solve the problem permanently and secondly to prevent it from re-occurring.”

The initial consultation with Meraj and Saied is very comprehensive, as they believe that all patients should be given the opportunity to fully understand the nature of their problems and possible therapies given, without feeling obliged to proceed with the treatments.

In addition, every individual is welcome to contact the clinic regardless of their background or nature of problem, and if necessary will be referred to their GP or hospital for further advice.

We would like to inform you of the closure and relocation of Mersai Health Clinic (Highgate), due to the upcoming reconstruction plans of the Camden council. Their current project sees the demolition and reconstruction of the entire building complex where The Mersai Health Clinic (Highgate) is currently situated, therefore; the clinic will be closed as of 16/05/10.

However, we are happy to announce that the clinic will be relocated to the world renowned ‘The Hale Clinic’ for the foreseeable future.
